MyChron 4 is the new AIM data acquisition system for karting.
Mychron 4 is waterproof making it usable in all weather conditions.
The pixel based graphic display screen easily shows large, easy to read numbers, histograms, graphs and graphics. This feature allows for the whole track session to be displayed on the Mychron 4 screen without having to download the acquired data to a computer. This instant playback saves the competitor valuable time at the track.
Track lap times can be viewed either as whole or partial laps (segments / splits). The Mychron 4 now has provision for Forecast Lap Times, a first in karting data loggers.
Designed for the more demanding driver, the MyChron4 2T is able to log two engine 
temperatures. The Mychron 4 2T achieves this by using either:
- Two Thermocouples
- Two Thermistors
- One Thermocouple and One Thermistor
E-Box Gold
The addition of the E-Box expansion interface raises the power of the Mychron 4 Data Logger by increasing the number of acquired channels. The E-Box also includes the ability for track mapping due to the inbuilt lateral g-force sensor.
Through E-Box Gold your MyChron 4 can sample:
- Speed
- RPM
- Internal Accelerometer
- Lap timing
- Data through CAN bus
- Two temperatures in addition to the default temp
E-Box Extreme
In addition to the E-Box Gold list of features, the E-Box Extreme can display three already configured analogue inputs for:
- Steering Sensor
- Throttle Sensor
- Brake Sensor
- GPS Module
- Lambda Controller
- USB Data Key
The USB DataKey allows the user to download data to a computer which can be analyzed using the Race Studio 2 free Software supplied.
